Raising Arrows Academy is a 501(c)3 educational learning center that partners with homeschool and preschool parents to provide a full curriculum education within a Christian setting to develop each child not only academically but spiritually, to foster the love of learning, and to equip each child to be able to show the love of Christ in their community and around the world.

God gives us our children to carve, shape and balance.
It is our job as parents to “Straighten what is crooked. Sand the rough spots. Sharpen the point. Adjust the feathers. Dedicating time to target practice and making sure this arrow understands its purpose, the reason it will someday be free in flight.”
It is the parents’ job to train up their child, not only in academic instruction, but in spiritual instruction as well.
Raising Arrows Academy is here to partner with homeschool and preschool parents in their journey to educate their children. Our staff covers academic subjects in a small group setting to maximize the learning experience of the child.
Through daily prayer, and Christian based curriculums, our hope is to enhance students' learning and growth. Through commitment to continuous learning, we are able to create an environment that will encourage students to become confident, self-directed, and lifelong learners.
Raising Arrows Academy is not a private school. It is the intention of Raising Arrows to provide tutoring services for homeschool families. Parents are responsible for recording attendance, grades and providing necessary paperwork to NC DNPE.
North Carolina requires students to have 180 days/9 months of instruction. Homeschool instruction can happen outside of the Raising Arrows Academy. It is not possible for your student to attend all 180 days at Raising Arrows.

Abeka’s spiral approach to learning offers challenging new concepts all while reviewing learned material.
Within Abeka, students learn health and safety, character development, handwriting, phonics, writing, spelling, reading, math, history, and science.
We have picked from the best of the best in homeschool curriculums. Our challenging academic program includes Notgrass History, Apologia Math, Apologia and Bob Jones Science, BraveWriter, WriteShop, Wordly Wise, Fix It Grammar, Finance, Art and Bible.
Our goal from upper elementary through high school is to encourage students towards dual enrollment.
A dual enrollment presentation is given every summer to interested parents.
